What file types can I upload?
PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, AI and EPS. For best results use 300 DPI artwork with a transparent background.
Do I get a proof?
Yes — we send a free digital proof for every order. If you are confident in your file, choose “No proof needed” and we print right away.
How fast will I get my stickers?
We print in 1 business day and ship the next business day after payment (and proof approval). Delivery takes 2–5 days within Virginia and 3–10 days across the US — or choose Next Day or Second Day at checkout.
Is there a minimum order?
Stickers (1"–5") start at 50 pieces. Large decals (10" × 10" up to 46" × 46") can be ordered from a single piece.
Are the stickers waterproof?
Yes — all our materials (vinyl, holographic, metallic and glitter) are rated for outdoor use: they don't fade in the sun and aren't afraid of moisture.
Can you help with my design?
Yes. In the calculator choose “Fix / clean up my image” or “Design it for me”. We can also show you a free mockup of the sticker on a photo of your storefront, door or product.
What sizes and shapes can I order?
Stickers from 1" to 5" and large decals from 10" × 10" up to 46" × 46". Shapes: contour cut, circle, oval, square, rectangle, star or heart. Pick a preset or enter a custom size — the price updates instantly.
What does “No proof needed” mean?
If you're confident your file is print-ready, choose “No proof needed” in the cart. We'll skip the approval step and send your order straight to print, so it ships sooner.
Can I change my design after ordering?
Yes — until you approve the proof. Use “Request changes” on your order page and describe what you need. Once a proof is approved, the order goes into production.
How do reward points work?
You earn points on every paid order and can use them at checkout. See the Rewards page for the current rules.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes — in Virginia Beach, VA. Choose “Local pickup” at checkout — it's free. We'll email you when your order is ready.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where available. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
