This policy explains what personal information Vinypik collects and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Account data: name, email, phone (optional), password (stored only as a secure hash).
- Order data: shipping address, items, uploaded artwork, proof approvals and messages.
- Payment data: processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Technical data: IP address and browser information in server logs, kept for security.
How we use it
- To produce, ship and support your orders.
- To send order updates, proofs and account emails.
- To run the rewards program.
- To prevent fraud and keep the website secure.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
- Stripe (payments), shipping carriers USPS, UPS and DHL and our shipping-rate provider (addresses for delivery).
- Authorities, when required by law.
Your artwork
Uploaded files are used only to produce your order and are stored so you can reorder. You can ask us to delete them.
Retention
Order records are kept as required for accounting and tax purposes. Backups are kept for 7 days.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know and the right to delete.
