These Terms of Service govern your use of the Vinypik website and the purchase of our products. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. Orders and pricing
Prices are shown in US dollars and calculated at the time of order. We may cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error; you will receive a full refund.
2. Your artwork
You confirm that you own or have permission to use all artwork, logos and text you upload, and that they do not infringe anyone's rights. We may refuse to print content that is illegal, hateful, or infringes intellectual property.
3. Proofs
When you request a proof, printing starts only after you approve it. Please check spelling, colors, size and layout carefully — approved proofs are final. If you choose “No proof needed”, we print the file as uploaded.
4. Colors
Colors on screens vary. Small differences between your screen and the printed result are not considered defects.
5. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
6. Shipping and pickup
Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered or picked up.
7. Reprints and refunds

8. Reward points
Reward points have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may be changed or discontinued. Points used on a refunded order are returned; points earned on a refunded order are removed.
9. Reviews
By submitting a review you grant us the right to display it on our website. We moderate reviews and may remove content that is off-topic or inappropriate.
10. Limitation of liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect at the time of your order applies.
